If something in your room is broken or not working as it should, please log a maintenance request and it will be attended to within 2 business days. This includes dripping taps, blown light bulbs and broken heaters. We encourage you to ask for it to be looked at rather than living with it as it is because this can often prevent small problems from turning into something big.We also encourage you to report any maintenance throughout the residence, not just in your room. If something isnt working in the kitchen, bathroom or laundry residents will often assume that someone else will log a request for it to be attended but often no one does, so please ensure you let us know. We would rather the same thing be mentioned multiple times than to not know it is broken.
